“You already are. You always were. And you still have time to be.”

A Relational Approach to Therapy

Many of the people I work with are functioning on the outside and struggling on the inside. They’re thoughtful, capable, and care deeply about their relationships, but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in familiar patterns.

I believe one of life’s greatest gifts is to truly know yourself and to be fully, deeply known in return. Therapy can be a place to slow down and understand how past experiences shaped the ways you learned to stay safe, close, or in control, without blame or judgment.

As D. W. Winnicott wrote, “It is a joy to be hidden and a disaster not to be found.”
For many of us, healing means having a space where we don’t have to choose between protecting ourselves and being truly known. My approach to therapy is relational, evidence-based, and deeply human. You bring the wisdom of your lived experience; I bring steadiness, curiosity, and support.

If you’re looking for a collaborative, non-judgmental space to heal and grow, let’s take the next step together.

Inclusion & Justice Statement

At Branch Counseling, therapy is rooted in creating a space for healing, safety, and empowerment for all identities. The profound impact of systemic oppression, including racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, and economic inequities, on mental health and well-being is recognized and addressed throughout the therapeutic process. Every client’s story is approached with sensitivity and care, honoring the effects of social and historical injustices on emotional and psychological health. Culturally responsive and trauma-informed therapy practices are central, working to foster resilience, self-awareness, and growth.Therapy can be a space for both personal healing and collective liberation. By centering justice, equity, and compassion, Branch Counseling aims to empower clients to navigate challenges, reclaim their strengths, and feel fully affirmed in their identities.
