About Rebekah

My passion is to support those on their path towards healing. My goal is to provide a space where you can explore what it means to be true to yourself and to your experience in a world that so often pushes people away when their story becomes difficult to share or understand; a space where you can experience true curiosity about you, your story, your relationships, and your ethos.

Helping clients be present with their story and reclaim their voice is part of what I find most fulfilling about the therapeutic process. Our voice, and our ability to share our story and our needs can be stifled and silenced through hurtful and overwhelming experiences. We find ways to quiet those silenced feelings of shame, fear, anger, sadness, grief, and identity in hopes of finding belonging. What we sacrifice in this process is our authenticity, our compassion for ourselves and others, and the ability to truly connect.

I love helping clients set meaningful goals and create space for curiosity, self-exploration, resiliency, acceptance and compassion. I believe in the power and importance of relationships - including the relationship we have with ourselves. It is my passion to walk with you and to help light the path ahead so you can be more fully connected to yourself and to those closest to you.
