Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! I provide in-person, virtual, and phone sessions ~ whatever works best for you. Virtual sessions require a safe and private space with strong internet, voice and video connection. Sessions cannot be held while driving.

Psychotherapy: $165/60min

Coaching: $165/60min

Do you accept insurance?

Great question! While the short answer is no, I do provide monthly Superbills for therapy Clients who wish to utilize their out-of-network benefits. Coaching services are not covered by insurance.
